Subscriptions
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period β you will continue to have full access until then.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your device settings as described above.
Free Trial
If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
Subscription Refunds
Subscription refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their policies:
Refunds for subscriptions are at the discretion of Apple or Google and are subject to their respective refund policies.
Digital Products
Since our offerings include digital teaching resources (PDFs, AI-generated stories, credits), all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once delivered.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be granted in the following cases:
- β Duplicate payments
- β Technical errors preventing access
- β Failure to receive your purchased resource
Such requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Email us with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.
