Use of Services
Our products include digital story PDFs, credits for creating AI-powered social stories, and subscription-based access to therapeutic learning games and scenarios.
These resources are for personal, educational, and therapeutic use only. Commercial redistribution is not permitted.
Subscriptions
Auto-Renewable Plans
Both plans include:
- ✓ Access to all games and learning scenarios
- ✓ 1 free story credit every month
- ✓ 7-day free trial for new subscribers
Free Trial
New subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable fee.
Billing & Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment is charged to your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account upon confirmation.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal price remains the same unless we notify you of a change.
Managing & Cancelling
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
Settings › [Your Name] › Subscriptions › SocialBlossom › Cancel
Play Store › Menu › Subscriptions › SocialBlossom › Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until your paid period ends. No refunds for partial billing periods.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) according to their refund policies.
Purchases & Credits
All purchases are processed securely via our payment partners. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within your registered account.
Intellectual Property
All content, including stories, images, games, and resources, are owned by SocialBlossom: Games & Stories.
You may not copy, resell, or modify any content for commercial use.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our resources.
Our app provides educational and therapeutic content but is not a substitute for professional medical or therapeutic advice.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services means you accept the changes.
We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email.
