Privacy Policy
Meadova is a calm daily, weekly, and monthly planner and journal. We care about your privacy and collect as little as possible.

The Short Version
- ✓ Meadova works fully offline. Your entries are stored on your device.
- ✓ No account is required. We show no ads and we do not sell your data.
- ✓ If you choose to sign in, your entries are backed up to our servers so you can sync across devices.
Information We Collect
If you don’t sign in, we collect no personal information. All your planner and journal entries stay on your device.
If you create an account / sign in (optional — via email, Google, or Apple):
To create and secure your account and send a one-time login code.
Your daily, weekly, and monthly entries (text, to-dos, mood, etc.) are stored on our servers so they can sync to your other devices.
If you request an AI report, the relevant entry text is sent to our server and to Google’s Gemini API to generate the summary. It is not used by us to train models. Photos you attach stay on your device and are never uploaded. We do not collect your location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.
How We Use It
- ✓ To provide the app’s features (cloud backup, cross-device sync, AI summaries).
- ✓ To email you a one-time login code when you sign in.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Limited processing happens through service providers strictly to operate the app — for example cloud hosting, Google’s Gemini API (AI summaries), and an email provider (login codes).
Data Security & Retention
Data sent to our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We retain your synced data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time (see Contact).
Children’s Privacy
Meadova is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Your Choices
- ✓ Use the app fully without an account — nothing is collected.
- ✓ Request account/data deletion by emailing us at the address below.
